Intellipet is seeking a proactive Call Center Recruiter to join our remote recruiting team. In this hands-on role, you will source and evaluate candidates for a fast-growing organization, conduct structured interviews, and move hires quickly while maintaining quality.

You will own the candidate pipeline from sourcing to hire, track metrics, collaborate with hiring leaders, and continuously refine your approach to meet ambitious goals in a fully remote, nationwide setup.

Formación

• 2+ years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience.
• Experience managing multiple open positions and candidate pipelines simultaneously.
• Experience sourcing candidates rather than relying exclusively on inbound applicants.
• Strong behavioral interviewing skills with the ability to ask effective follow-up and probing questions.
• Comfortable working toward measurable recruiting goals and performance metrics.
• Strong organization and follow-through in a fast-moving environment.
• Confident communicating with candidates by phone, video, email, and text.
• Comfortable receiving coaching, reviewing performance data, and adjusting your recruiting approach.
• Experience using an ATS and online sourcing platforms.

Responsabilidades

• Source qualified candidates using Indeed, our ATS, and other recruiting channels
• Review applications and identify candidates who match defined sourcing profiles
• Conduct structured phone and video interviews
• Use behavioral interviewing techniques to evaluate candidate experience and performance
• Manage candidates throughout the recruiting process from application through hire
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines for current and upcoming hiring needs
• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruiting activity in our ATS
• Track recruiting metrics including pipeline activity, pass-through rates, hiring volume, and quality outcomes
• Partner with hiring leaders and the recruiting team to calibrate candidate profiles
• Participate in interview reviews, candidate calibration, and recruiter coaching
• Follow up consistently with candidates to maintain engagement throughout the hiring process
