Job summary

MCI is seeking a Full-Time Call Center Representative for remote, work-at-home in the United States. You will provide exceptional customer support, answer questions, resolve issues, and guide customers to the right solutions.

You will document interactions in our systems, meet productivity and quality metrics, and maintain confidentiality. Fluency in English and strong communication are essential; prior customer service is a plus.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older and have a high school diploma or GED.
• Fluent in English with strong verbal and written communication.
• Excellent problem-solving and active listening abilities.

Responsibilities
