Job summary

Mindrift is seeking a seasoned CAD modeller to help train and evaluate AI agents that operate inside a real CAD environment on complex engineering tasks. You will design part geometry, build reference solutions, and assess the agent's attempts, working alongside CFD engineers who simulate the geometry.

Qualifications

• Professional CAD modelling experience (5+ years) across CATIA, SolidWorks, NX or Creo.
• Active CAD licence is required.
• Experience preparing geometry for simulation (ANSYS or similar) is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Train and evaluate AI agents inside a CAD environment on long tasks.
• Design part geometry and build reference solutions.
• Judge the agent's attempts and provide feedback.
• Collaborate with CFD engineers who simulate the geometry.
