Mindrift is seeking a freelance CAD specialist to train and evaluate AI agents within a real CAD environment. You will design part geometry, build reference solutions, and assess the agent's attempts on long engineering tasks alongside CFD engineers.

Requirements include 5+ years CAD modelling with licences, proficiency in Python and GitHub, and English at B2 level or higher. This remote, project-based role pays up to $69 per hour, with performance-based bonuses and flexible scheduling.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of professional CAD modelling experience.
• Active professional CAD licence required.
• Experience preparing geometry for simulation is a strong plus.
• Proficiency in Python and GitHub.

Responsabilidades

• Train and evaluate AI agents that operate inside a CAD environment on long tasks.
