Job summary

Mindrift is seeking an experienced CAD modeller to train and evaluate AI agents inside a real CAD environment on long engineering tasks. You will design part geometry, build reference solutions, and judge the agent’s attempts while working with CFD engineers.

Requires 5+ years CAD modelling experience, active CAD licence, and proficiency in Python and GitHub. Remote work available with a flexible schedule and performance-based bonuses.

Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering (Master/PhD a plus).
• 5+ years CAD modelling experience with major tools.
• Active CAD licence required.
• Proficiency in Python and GitHub.
• English level B2 or higher.

Responsibilities

• Design part geometry for AI training in a real CAD environment.
• Build reference solutions and evaluate agent attempts.
• Collaborate with CFD engineers simulating the geometry.
• Contribute to project planning and weekly effort estimates.
