Mindrift is seeking an experienced engineer to help train and evaluate AI agents that operate inside a real CAD environment on long engineering tasks. You will design part geometry, build reference solutions, and judge the agent's attempts while collaborating with CFD engineers who simulate the geometry you build.

Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering; Master’s or PhD a plus.
• 5+ years of CAD modelling experience using CATIA, SolidWorks, NX or Creo.
• Active professional CAD licence required.
• Familiar with Python and GitHub; English at B2 level or above.

Responsabilités

• Train and evaluate AI agents in a real CAD environment on long tasks.
