INNERGY, a cloud-based ERP software company for custom manufacturers, seeks a client-focused trainer and support specialist.

You’ll coach clients through best practices, help them create and validate product data and design standards, train remotely, and pass feedback to development and content teams to improve library management and the client experience. Experience with CAD/CAM and AutoCAD-based tools is valued, and you’ll work with a global remote team to empower customers.

Qualifications

• Experience in CAD/CAM roles, preferably with architectural millwork or engineering software.
• Hands-on time with AutoCAD-based design-to-manufacturing tools (e.g., Microvellum Toolbox).
• Ability to explain technical ideas clearly to power users and clients new to software.

Responsabilités

• Coach clients through CAD/CAM best practices and design workflows.
• Help clients create and validate product data, machining rules, and design standards.
• Train and support clients in person and remotely; document progress and fixes.
