• Experience in CAD/CAM or architectural millwork.
• Ability to explain technical ideas clearly to users.
• Experience training clients remotely.
• Experience with design-to-manufacturing software.

Responsibilities

• Coach clients on best practices and design standards.
• Train and support clients, both in person and remotely.
• Collaborate with Content Creation to prioritize training materials.
• Provide feedback to development and content teams to improve tooling.
