Job summary
INNERGY is seeking a Solutions Engineer to bridge CAD/CAM product capabilities with custom manufacturers across North America. You’ll partner with Sales to drive pre-sales, deliver tailored demos, and translate customer needs into scalable CAD/CAM solutions.
You’ll collaborate with Product and Engineering while traveling up to 25% for trade shows and customer visits. The role requires experience in manufacturing software or CAD/CAM environments, strong consultative skills, and excellent
Qualifications
- Background in architectural millwork or cabinetry preferred.
- 3+ years in Solutions or Sales Engineering within manufacturing software.
- Strong consultative, problem-first mindset.
- Experience with CAD/CAM libraries, post-processors.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead technical pre-sales for CAD/CAM and articulate fit within INNERGY.
- Demonstrate CAD-based workflows for design, engineering, and manufacturing.
- Translate customer requirements into scalable CAD/CAM solutions.
- Support validations and complex deal cycles.
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering to align needs.
- Represent customer voice to internal teams.
- Refine demo environments and libraries.
- Present at industry events and conferences.
- Educate customers through webinars and Lunch & Learn.
