INNERGY is seeking a Solutions Engineer to bridge CAD/CAM product capabilities with custom manufacturers across North America. You will partner with Sales to drive pre-sales, deliver tailored CAD/CAM demonstrations, and translate customer needs into scalable solutions.

You will collaborate with Product and Engineering to ensure customer requirements are met, refine demo environments, and travel up to 25% for shows and visits.

Competenze

• Background in architectural millwork, cabinetry, or related manufacturing software environments.
• 3+ years in Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, or technical consulting within manufacturing software/CAD/CAM.
• Ability to build trust with shop owners, engineers, and production managers.
• Consultative, problem-first mindset: ask the right questions and link to practical CAD/CAM solutions.
• Hands-on experience with CAD/CAM software (Toolbox, libraries, post-processors) and related systems.

Mansioni

• Own the technical pre-sales cycle for CAD/CAM from discovery through close.
• Lead tailored product demonstrations of CAD-based design, engineering, and manufacturing workflows.
• Translate customer requirements into scalable CAD/CAM solutions (libraries, automation, production outputs).
• Guide prospects through engineer-to-order and custom manufacturing environments.
• Support technical validations, proofs-of-concept, and complex deal cycles.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to align customer needs with product capabilities.
• Represent the voice of the customer to Product, Engineering, and Sales leadership.
• Refine demo environments, libraries, and manufacturing outputs.
• Represent INNERGY at industry trade shows and customer events.
• Support education sessions, webinars, and Lunch & Learn events as a subject matter expert.
