Job summary

INNERGY is seeking a Solutions Engineer to bridge CAD/CAM product capabilities with the needs of custom manufacturers. You will collaborate with Sales to advance the pre‑sales cycle and demonstrate how CAD/CAM drives design, engineering, and manufacturing workflows from discovery to close.

• Background in architectural millwork, cabinetry, or casework preferred.
• 3+ years in Solutions Engineering or technical consulting.
• Hands-on CAD/CAM experience with Toolbox or post-processors.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Sales to own the technical pre-sales cycle for CAD/CAM, from discovery through close.
• Lead tailored product demonstrations of CAD-based design, engineering, and manufacturing workflows.
• Translate customer requirements into scalable CAD/CAM solutions (libraries, automation, production outputs).
• Guide prospects on how CAD/CAM supports engineer‑to‑order and custom manufacturing environments.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to align customer needs with product capabilities.
• Serve as the voice of the customer to Product, Engineering, and Sales leadership.
