INNERGY is hiring a Solutions Engineer to bridge CAD/CAM product capabilities with custom manufacturers. You will partner with Sales to drive pre-sales efforts and demonstrate workflows that translate customer needs into scalable CAD/CAM solutions.

Based remotely across North America, you will collaborate with Product and Engineering, own key demos, and travel up to 25% for trade shows and customer visits. Strong CAD/CAM experience and industry knowledge are essential.

Qualifications

• Background in architectural millwork, casework, or cabinetry industry preferred.
• 3+ years in Solutions Engineering or related field in manufacturing software/CAD-CAM.
• Ability to quickly build trust with shop owners, engineers and managers.
• Consultative, problem-first mindset; connects bottlenecks to solutions.
• Hands-on CAD/CAM experience with Toolbox, libraries or post-processors.
• Thrive in fast-moving SaaS environments; own outcomes.
• Able to demonstrate parametric design and production outputs.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Willing to travel up to 25% for events and customer visits.

Responsabilités

• Own the technical pre-sales cycle for CAD/CAM from discovery to close.
• Lead tailored demonstrations of CAD-based design, engineering, and manufacturing workflows.
• Translate customer requirements into scalable CAD/CAM solutions.
• Guide prospects through engineer-to-order and custom environments.
• Support technical validations, PoCs, and complex deals.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to align needs with capabilities.
• Represent customer feedback to Product, Engineering, and Sales leadership.
• Refine demo environments, libraries, renderings, and outputs.
