INNERGY is seeking a Solutions Engineer to bridge CAD/CAM product capabilities with custom manufacturers across North America. You will partner with Sales to drive pre-sales cycles, deliver tailored demonstrations, and translate customer needs into scalable CAD/CAM solutions that fit engineer-to-order environments.

The role requires 3+ years in solutions engineering within manufacturing software, hands-on CAD/CAM experience, and willingness to travel up to 25% for trade shows and customer

Competenze

• Minimum 3+ years in Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, or technical consulting within a manufacturing software or CAD/CAM environment preferred.
• Hands-on experience with CAD/CAM software (Toolbox, libraries, post-processors) and/or other CAD/CAM-based systems preferred.

Mansioni

• Partner with Sales to own the technical pre-sales cycle for CAD/CAM, from discovery through close.
• Lead tailored product demonstrations showcasing CAD-based design, engineering, and manufacturing workflows.
• Translate customer requirements into scalable CAD/CAM solutions (libraries, automation, production outputs).
• Guide prospects through how CAD/CAM supports engineer-to-order and custom manufacturing environments.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to align customer needs with product capabilities.
• Represent INNERGY at industry trade shows, conferences, and customer events.
