INNERGY is seeking a Solutions Engineer to join our growing team as the technical bridge between CAD/CAM product and custom manufacturers across North America. You will partner with Sales to articulate the CAD/CAM value, demonstrate workflows, and translate customer needs into scalable solutions that connect design to CNC output.

The role requires hands-on CAD/CAM experience, strong pre-sales and communication skills, and willingness to travel up to 25% for trade shows and customer visits.

Competenze

• 3+ years in Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering or technical consulting within manufacturing software or CAD/CAM.
• Hands-on CAD/CAM experience with toolbox, libraries, or post-processors.
• Willing to travel up to 25% for trade shows, customer visits, and team events.
• Background in architectural millwork, cabinetry, or custom manufacturing preferred.

Mansioni

• Partner with Sales to own the technical pre-sales cycle for CAD/CAM, from discovery through close.
• Lead tailored product demonstrations of CAD-based design, engineering, and manufacturing workflows.
• Translate customer requirements into scalable CAD/CAM solutions (libraries, automation, production outputs).
• Guide prospects through engineer-to-order and custom manufacturing environments.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to align customer needs with product capabilities.
• Represent customer voice internally to Product, Engineering, and Sales leadership.
• Attend industry trade shows, conferences, and customer events.
