Job summary

INNERGY, a remote-friendly software company serving the woodworking industry, seeks a Solutions Engineer to bridge CAD/CAM design with custom manufacturers. You’ll partner with Sales to demonstrate workflows and tailor solutions that connect design, production, and delivery across North America.

This role blends design, engineering, and production, translating customer needs into practical CAD/CAM capabilities.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Solutions Engineering or technical consulting experience.
• Background in architectural millwork, cabinetry, or similar.
• Strong consultative selling and problem-solving mindset.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical pre-sales cycle for CAD/CAM.
• Lead product demos of CAD-based design and manufacturing workflows.
• Translate customer requirements into scalable CAD/CAM solutions.
• Guide engineers and shop staff through engineer-to-order processes.
• Support validations, PoCs, and complex deal cycles.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to align needs.
• Represent INNERGY at trade shows and events.
• Contribute to education sessions and webinars.
