Job summary

INNERGY is seeking a Solutions Engineer to bridge CAD/CAM product capabilities with custom manufacturers across North America. You will work with Sales on pre-sales, deliver tailored demonstrations, and translate customer needs into scalable CAD/CAM solutions.

In this role you’ll collaborate with Product and Engineering, guide engineer-to-order workflows, and participate in events to showcase our end-to-end platform for millwork, cabinetry and casework.

Qualifications

• Background in architectural millwork or cabinetry preferred.
• Minimum 3+ years in Solutions Eng or related field.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% for events and customer visits.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical pre-sales cycle for CAD/CAM in collaboration with Sales.
• Lead tailored demonstrations of CAD-based design, engineering and manufacturing workflows.
• Translate customer needs into scalable CAD/CAM solutions (libraries, automation).
• Guide prospects through engineer-to-order and custom manufacturing environments.
• Support validations, proofs-of-concept, and complex deals.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to align needs with capabilities.
• Channel customer feedback to Product, Engineering and Sales leadership.
• Refine demo environments, libraries, renderings and outputs.
• Represent INNERGY at industry trade shows and customer events.
• Support education sessions, webinars and Lunch & Learn as SME.
