Job summary

INNERGY is seeking a Solutions Engineer to bridge CAD/CAM product design, engineering, and manufacturing for custom millwork and cabinetry customers. This fully remote role supports Sales in pre‑sale activities and demonstrates how CAD/CAM workflows drive business outcomes across North America.

You’ll translate customer requirements into scalable CAD/CAM solutions, collaborate with Product and Engineering, and represent the voice of the customer in internal strategy sessions and demos.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Solutions Engineering or similar in manufacturing software or CAD/CAM.
• Experience with millwork, cabinetry, or custom manufacturing preferred.
• Strong consultative, problem-first mindset and trust-building abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical pre-sales for CAD/CAM, from discovery to close.
• Deliver tailored product demos of CAD-based workflows.
• Translate customer needs into scalable CAD/CAM solutions.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to align roadmaps.
• Represent customer voice to internal teams and help refine demos.
