INNERGY is seeking a Solutions Engineer to bridge CAD/CAM product and custom manufacturers across North America on a fully remote basis. You will partner with Sales to conduct technical pre-sales and lead demonstrations of CAD-based design, engineering, and manufacturing workflows.

The role requires hands-on CAD/CAM experience, translating customer requirements into scalable solutions and collaborating with Product and Engineering to align capabilities with client needs.

Competenze

• 3+ years in Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, or technical consulting within a manufacturing software or CAD/CAM environment
• Hands-on CAD/CAM experience and knowledge of tool libraries, post-processors
• Background in architectural millwork, cabinetry, or custom manufacturing preferred
• Willingness to travel up to 25% for trade shows, customer visits, and team events

Mansioni

• Own the technical pre-sales cycle for CAD/CAM from discovery through close
• Lead tailored product demonstrations showcasing CAD-based design, engineering, and manufacturing workflows
• Translate customer requirements into scalable CAD/CAM solutions (libraries, automation, production outputs)
• Guide prospects through engineer-to-order and custom manufacturing environments
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to align customer needs with capabilities
• Serve as voice of the customer, sharing feedback with Product, Engineering, and Sales leadership
• Represent INNERGY at industry trade shows, conferences, and customer events
