This Solutions Engineer role sits at the technical pre-sales edge, translating customer needs into scalable CAD/CAM solutions and guiding opportunities from discovery to close.

You’ll partner with Sales, demonstrate real-world design-to-CNC outcomes, and collaborate with Product and Engineering to align features with buyer requirements across North America.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, or technical consulting in manufacturing software or CAD/CAM.
• Hands-on experience with CAD/CAM software and post-processors.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% for trade shows, customer visits, and team events.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Sales to own the technical pre-sales cycle for CAD/CAM, from discovery through close.
• Lead tailored product demonstrations showing CAD-based design, engineering, and manufacturing workflows.
• Translate customer requirements into scalable CAD/CAM solutions.
• Guide prospects on engineer-to-order and custom manufacturing environments.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to align customer needs with product capabilities.
• Represent INNERGY at industry trade shows, conferences, and customer events.
