INNERGY is seeking a Solutions Engineer to bridge CAD/CAM capabilities with custom manufacturers across North America. You’ll partner with Sales to drive pre-sales, deliver tailored demonstrations, and translate customer needs into scalable CAD/CAM solutions that fit engineering-to-order workflows.

This fully remote role requires collaboration with Product and Engineering, travel up to 25%, and the ability to articulate complex workflows to shop owners and engineers alike.

Qualifikationen

• Background in architectural millwork, cabinetry, or casework industries.
• 3+ years in Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, or technical consulting in manufacturing software or CAD/CAM.
• Strong ability to build trust with shop owners, engineers, and production managers.
• Consultative, problem-first mindset: identify bottlenecks and map to practical CAD/CAM solutions.
• Hands-on with CAD/CAM software and libraries, post-processors.
• Thrives in fast-paced SaaS environments and owns outcomes.
• Ability to demonstrate parametric design, libraries, and production outputs.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% for events and customer visits.

Aufgaben

• Partner with Sales to own the technical pre-sales cycle for CAD/CAM within INNERGY ecosystem.
• Lead tailored product demonstrations showing CAD-based design, engineering, and manufacturing workflows.
• Translate customer requirements into scalable CAD/CAM solutions (libraries, automation, production outputs).
• Guide prospects through engineer-to-order and custom manufacturing environments.
• Support technical validations, proofs-of-concept, and complex deal cycles.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to align customer needs with capabilities.
• Represent the voice of the customer to Product, Engineering, and Sales leadership.
• Refine demo environments, libraries, renderings, and outputs.
• Represent INNERGY at industry trade shows and events.
• Support education sessions, webinars, and Lunch & Learn as an expert.
