INNERGY is seeking a Solutions Engineer to bridge CAD/CAM design and manufacturing for custom millwork. This is a fully remote role spanning North America, with travel up to 25% for trade shows and customer visits.

You will lead tailored pre-sales demonstrations, translate customer needs into scalable CAD/CAM solutions, and collaborate with Product and Engineering to align capabilities with market demands. Experience in manufacturing software or CAD/CAM and a shop-floor background is strongly

Qualifications

Background in the architectural millwork, casework, or cabinetry industry.
~3+ years of experience in Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, or technical consulting within a manufacturing software or CAD/CAM environment.
Hands-on experience with CAD/CAM software (Toolbox, libraries, post-processors) and/or other CAD/CAM-based systems.

Responsabilités

Lead tailored product demonstrations that showcase CAD-based design, engineering, and manufacturing workflows.
Translate customer requirements into scalable CAD/CAM solutions (libraries, automation, production outputs).
Guide prospects through how CAD/CAM supports engineer-to-order and custom manufacturing environments.
Collaborate with Product and Engineering to align customer needs with product capabilities.
Serve as the voice of the customer internally, channeling feedback to leadership.
Represent INNERGY at industry trade shows and events.
