Job summary

INNERGY, a cloud ERP software provider for custom manufacturers, seeks a Library Engineer to configure and validate engineering libraries in client environments. You will coach clients, work directly in their libraries, and collaborate with the Content Creation team to develop training materials.

You will support clients remotely, tailoring your approach to varying technical levels, ensuring accurate workflows in Toolbox and INNERGY Engineering.

Qualifications

• Experience in CAD/CAM or architectural millwork.
• Hands-on with Microvellum Toolbox or AutoCAD-based tools.
• Ability to explain technical ideas clearly to clients.

Responsibilities

• Work with clients to configure, build, and validate libraries for design-to-manufacturing workflows.
• Coach clients on best practices and provide one-on-one guidance.
• Train and support clients; collaborate with Content Creation team on materials.
