Job summary

INNERGY is seeking a Library Engineer to configure, build, validate, and maintain engineering libraries for CAD/CAM workflows. You’ll coach clients, work in Microvellum Toolbox and INNERGY Engineering, and tailor library setups to each production environment.

You’ll train clients, document issues, and collaborate with the Content and Development teams to improve tooling and library management. This role is remote within the United States with strong client interaction.

Qualifications

• Experience in CAD/CAM or architectural millwork.
• Hands-on with Microvellum Toolbox or INNERGY Engineering.
• Ability to explain technical ideas clearly to varied clients.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to configure and validate libraries.
• Coach clients on best practices and workflows.
• Build and validate engineering libraries for production.
• Create training materials and documentation with Content Creation.
• Support clients remotely and in person as needed.
• Document progress, issues and fixes for the support team.
• Feedback to development and content teams to improve tooling.
