Job summary

INNERGY seeks a Library Engineer to configure, build, validate, and maintain engineering libraries used in its design-to-manufacturing workflow. You’ll work with Microvellum Toolbox and INNERGY Engineering to ensure libraries are accurate, complete, and ready for production.

Qualifications

Experience in CAD/CAM, engineering software, or architectural millwork.
Hands-on time with Microvellum Toolbox or INNERGY Engineering or AutoCAD-based design‑to‑manufacturing tools.
Solid grasp of engineering libraries: configuring, validating, maintaining.

Responsibilities

Work closely with clients through regular check-ins to review progress and roadblocks.
Build and validate product data, machining rules, and design standards in libraries.
Provide one-on-one guidance and develop training materials with the Content Creation team.
Meet clients at their technical level and support toolbox/engineering workflows in onboarding and validation.
Maintain clear communication by documenting progress, issues, and fixes for the support team.
Identify and fix library setup/configuration issues and work with clients on practical solutions.
Relay client feedback to development and content teams to improve library management and client experience.
