Job summary

INNERGY is hiring for a client-facing engineering librarian role. You’ll configure and validate libraries using Microvellum Toolbox and INNERGY Engineering, coaching clients through best practices, and ensuring libraries meet production standards.

This is a remote role supporting clients across the United States. You’ll work with AutoCAD-based tools, maintain client libraries, and help the Content Creation team decide training materials while adapting to varying technical skills.

Qualifications

• Experience in CAD/CAM or engineering software.
• Hands-on with Microvellum Toolbox or AutoCAD-based design‑to‑manufacturing tools.
• Ability to explain technical ideas clearly to diverse clients.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to configure, build, validate, and maintain libraries.
• Coach clients on best practices and workflows; perform hands-on library fixes.
• Deliver one-on-one training and create engaging documentation and materials.
