Job summary

INNERGY is seeking a client-facing Library Engineer to configure, validate, and maintain engineering libraries for CAD/CAM workflows inside our cloud ERP platform. You’ll work with Microvellum Toolbox and INNERGY Engineering, coaching clients, and ensuring libraries are accurate, complete, and production-ready.

You’ll run multiple client engagements, tailor guidance to different skill levels, document progress, and feed feedback to content and development teams to continuously improve library

Qualifications

• Experience in CAD/CAM, engineering software, or architectural millwork.
• Hands-on time with Microvellum Toolbox, INNERGY Engineering, or AutoCAD-based design-to-manufacturing tool.
• Solid grasp of engineering libraries: configure, validate, maintain.
• Ability to explain technical ideas clearly to power users and clients.
• Experience training and supporting clients in-person and remotely.
• Strong organization and ability to manage multiple engagements.
• Patience and empathy with clients, plus focus on outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with clients to configure and validate libraries.
• Hold regular check-ins to review progress in Toolbox and INNERGY Engineering.
• Build and validate libraries for production readiness.
• Assist clients in creating and validating product data, machining rules, and design standards.
• Train and support clients and create useful training materials.
• Adapt approach for clients with varying technical levels and document progress.
• Maintain clear communication and document issues and fixes for the support team.
• Identify and fix library setup issues and improve engineering workflows.
• Provide feedback to development and content teams to improve library management.
