INNERGY is seeking an experienced professional to configure, build, validate, and maintain engineering libraries for clients using Microvellum Toolbox and INNERGY Engineering. You’ll coach clients, work directly in libraries when needed, and ensure data, machining rules, and design standards are accurate for production.

You’ll train clients, tailor approaches to various technical levels, and document progress for the broader support team, while collaborating with content and development teams to

Competenze

• Experience in a similar role, ideally in CAD/CAM, engineering software, or architectural millwork.
• Hands-on time with Microvellum Toolbox, INNERGY Engineering, or another AutoCAD-based design-to-manufacturing tool.
• Solid grasp of engineering libraries: how to configure, validate, and maintain them.
• Ability to explain technical ideas clearly to power users and clients new to software.
• Experience training and supporting clients both in person and remotely.
• Strong organization and time management; can run several client engagements without losing track.
• Patience and empathy with clients; measure success by client results.
