INNERGY is seeking a Library Engineer/Consultant to configure, validate, and maintain client libraries using Microvellum Toolbox and INNERGY Engineering. You will coach clients, run library validation, and ensure design-to-manufacturing workflows are accurate and efficient.

This role offers remote work with national availability across the United States. Strong communication and teaching skills are essential as you train clients and collaborate with the Content and Development teams to improve

Competenze

• Experience in a similar role, ideally in CAD/CAM, engineering software, or architectural millwork.
• Hands-on time with Microvellum Toolbox, INNERGY Engineering, or another AutoCAD-based design-to-manufacturing tool.
• A solid grasp of engineering libraries: how to configure, validate, and maintain them.
• Ability to explain technical ideas clearly to power users and clients new to the software.
• Experience training and supporting clients both in person and remotely.
• Strong organization and time management.
• Patience and empathy with clients, plus a habit of measuring success by their results.

Mansioni

• Work closely with clients.
• Hold regular check-ins to review progress and roadblocks in Toolbox and INNERGY Engineering.
• Build and validate libraries.
• Help clients create and validate product data, machining rules, and design standards.
• Train and support clients.
• Give one‑on‑one guidance on using Toolbox and Engineering libraries.
• Meet clients where they are and adjust approach for different skill levels.
• Keep communication clear and document progress for the wider support team.
• Find and fix issues with library setup, configuration, and use.
• Make the product better by passing client feedback to development and content teams.
