Job summary

INNERGY is seeking an experienced specialist to configure, build, validate, and maintain engineering libraries used in design-to-manufacturing workflows. You will coach clients through best practices and, when needed, directly edit client libraries to ensure accuracy and readiness for production.

The role emphasizes remote collaboration with a global team, training materials creation, and ongoing support to improve library management and client experiences across diverse projects.

Qualifications

• Experience in CAD/CAM, engineering software, or architectural millwork.
• Hands-on time with Microvellum Toolbox, INNERGY Engineering, or other AutoCAD-based design-to-manufacturing tools.
• Solid grasp of engineering libraries: configuration, validation, and maintenance.
• Ability to explain technical ideas clearly to all users, from power users to newcomers.
• Experience training and supporting clients in person and remotely.
• Strong organization and time management; can run several engagements at once.
• Patience and empathy; measure success by client results.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with clients to understand and improve their libraries.
• Hold regular check-ins to review progress and roadblocks in Toolbox and INNERGY Engineering.
• Build and validate libraries; help create and validate product data, machining rules, and design standards.
• Train and support clients; provide one-on-one guidance on using Toolbox and Engineering libraries.
• Coordinate with Content Creation to determine training materials and documentation needs.
• Interact with clients at varying technical levels and provide extra support to ensure adoption of workflows.
• Maintain clear communication; document progress, issues, and fixes for the support team.
