INNERGY is seeking a Client Success / Library Engineer to configure, validate, and maintain engineering libraries for CAD/CAM workflows. You’ll work with Microvellum Toolbox and INNERGY Engineering, coaching clients and delivering practical solutions that improve design-to-manufacturing accuracy.

You’ll collaborate with the Content Creation team, train clients remotely, and tailor approaches to diverse technical skill levels, ensuring libraries are ready for production and continuously improved

Competenze

Experience in CAD/CAM, engineering software, or architectural millwork.
Hands-on time with Microvellum Toolbox, INNERGY Engineering, or AutoCAD-based design-to-manufacturing tools.
This is a big plus for familiarity with relevant tooling.

Mansioni

Work closely with clients to configure, validate, and maintain libraries in Engineering workflows.
Hold regular check-ins to review progress and roadblocks, and suggest improvements for libraries.
Build and validate libraries and assist clients in creating data, machining rules, and design standards.
Train and support clients, providing one-on-one guidance on Toolbox and Engineering libraries.
Collaborate with the Content Creation team to tailor training materials and documentation.
Keep clients engaged during onboarding and validation, documenting progress and fixes.
Identify and fix library setup issues and work with clients on practical production-ready solutions.
Relay client feedback to development and content teams to drive continuous library improvements.
