INNERGY is seeking a Library Engineer Specialist to work with clients using Microvellum Toolbox and INNERGY Engineering to configure, build, validate, and maintain libraries that drive the design-to-manufacturing workflow. You’ll coach clients through best practices and, when needed, edit client libraries to ensure accuracy and production readiness.

You’ll train and support clients at varying technical levels, collaborate with the Content Creation team on training materials, and document

Competenze

• Experience in CAD/CAM, engineering software, or architectural millwork.
• Hands-on time with Microvellum Toolbox and INNERGY Engineering is a big plus.
• Ability to explain technical ideas clearly to varying client skill levels.

Mansioni

• Work closely with clients to configure, build, validate, and maintain libraries.
• Conduct regular check-ins to review progress and address roadblocks.
• Train and support clients; create and refine training materials and docs.
• Keep libraries accurate, complete, and production-ready.
• Document progress, issues, and fixes for the support team.
