INNERGY is seeking a remote Engineering Library Specialist to configure, build, validate, and maintain client libraries in Microvellum Toolbox and INNERGY Engineering. You’ll coach clients, run check-ins, and implement best practices.

You’ll work with design-to-manufacturing workflows, adapt to varying client skill levels, document progress, and feed feedback to development and content teams to improve library management and the client experience.

Competenze

• Experience in CAD/CAM or engineering software, ideally in millwork or related fields.
• Hands-on time with Microvellum Toolbox, INNERGY Engineering, or AutoCAD-based design-to-manufacturing tools.
• Solid grasp of engineering libraries: configure, validate, and maintain them.
• Ability to explain technical ideas clearly to power users and clients new to software.
• Experience training and supporting clients in person and remotely.
• Strong organization and time management; can run several client engagements.
• Patience and empathy with clients; measure success by client results.

Mansioni

• Work closely with clients.
• Hold regular check-ins to review progress and roadblocks in Toolbox and INNERGY Engineering.
• Build and validate libraries.
• Help clients create and validate product data, machining rules, and design standards.
• Train and support.
• Provide one-on-one guidance on using Toolbox and Engineering libraries.
• Meet clients where they are and adapt for varying skill levels.
• Keep communication clear and document progress, issues, and fixes.
