Job summary

INNERGY is hiring a dedicated library engineer to support architectural millwork and engineering libraries. You’ll work with Microvellum Toolbox and INNERGY Engineering to configure, validate, and maintain libraries that power the design-to-manufacturing workflow.

You’ll coach clients, run check-ins, and tailor training materials to different skill levels, ensuring accurate production data and smooth adoption of Toolbox and Engineering across client projects.

Qualifications

• Experience with CAD/CAM or engineering software for millwork.
• Ability to configure, validate, and maintain engineering libraries.
• Experience training and supporting clients both in person and remotely.
• Strong communication and time management.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to configure, build, validate, and maintain libraries.
• Hold regular check-ins to review progress and roadblocks in Toolbox and INNERGY Engineering.
• Build and validate libraries; create and validate product data and machining rules.
• Provide training and support; tailor guidance to client skill levels.
• Document progress and issues for the wider support team.
• Identify and fix issues in library setup and usage; propose improvements.
