INNERGY is seeking a skilled Professional Services professional to configure, build, and validate engineering libraries using Microvellum Toolbox and INNERGY Engineering. You will coach clients, tailor training materials, and ensure libraries are accurate and production-ready.

You’ll work with a remote team, collaborating across regions, and adjust your approach to client needs while maintaining steady communication and documentation.

Competenze

• Experience with CAD/CAM or architectural millwork software.
• Hands-on with Microvellum Toolbox or INNERGY Engineering.
• Ability to explain technical ideas clearly to users and clients.
• Experience training and supporting clients in person and remotely.
• Strong organization and time management.
• Empathy and patience when working with clients.

Mansioni

• Partner with clients to review progress and roadblocks in Toolbox and INNERGY Engineering.
• Create and validate product data, machining rules, and design standards.
• Work directly in client libraries to ensure accuracy and readiness for production.
• Provide one‑on‑one guidance on using Toolbox and Engineering libraries.
• Coordinate with Content Creation to tailor training materials.
• Meet clients at varying skill levels and support adoption of workflows.
• Document progress, issues, and fixes for the wider support team.
• Channel client feedback to development and content teams to drive improvements.
