INNERGY seeks a skilled specialist to configure, build, validate, and maintain engineering libraries for clients using Microvellum Toolbox and INNERGY Engineering. You will coach clients through best practices, work directly in client libraries when needed, and train teams to adopt Toolbox and Engineering workflows.

You’ll engage with clients across varying technical levels, ensuring libraries are accurate, complete, and production-ready.

Competenze

• Experience in a similar role, ideally in CAD/CAM, engineering software, or architectural millwork.
• Hands-on time with Microvellum Toolbox, INNERGY Engineering, or another AutoCAD-based design-to-manufacturing tool.
• Solid grasp of engineering libraries: how to configure, validate, and maintain them.
• Ability to explain technical ideas clearly to power users and clients.
• Experience training and supporting clients both in person and remotely.
• Strong organization and time management to run multiple engagements.
• Patient and empathetic approach with a results-driven mindset.

Mansioni

• Work closely with clients. Hold regular check-ins to review progress and roadblocks in Toolbox and INNERGY Engineering.
• Build and validate libraries. Create and validate product data, machining rules, and design standards; work directly in client libraries when needed.
• Train and support. Provide one-on-one guidance on using Toolbox and Engineering; collaborate on training materials and docs.
• Meet clients where they are. Adjust approach for different skill levels and provide extra support for adoption of workflows.
• Keep communication clear. Maintain steady onboarding and validation; document progress for the wider support team.
• Solve problems. Fix library setup, configuration, and usage issues with practical client solutions.
• Make the product better. Pass feedback to development and content teams to improve library management and client experience.
