Job summary

INNERGY is seeking a remote Engineer Librarian to join our Professional Services team. You will configure, validate, and maintain engineering libraries using Microvellum Toolbox and INNERGY Engineering, guiding clients through best practices and directly updating client libraries when needed.

You will train clients, support them remotely, and tailor guidance to varying technical skill levels, ensuring accurate, production-ready libraries and documentation.

Qualifications

• Experience in CAD/CAM or engineering software.
• Hands-on with Microvellum Toolbox or AutoCAD-based tools.
• Ability to train and support clients remotely and in person.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with clients to understand and implement their library needs.
• Hold regular check-ins to review progress and roadblocks in Toolbox and INNERGY Engineering, asking industry questions.
• Build and validate libraries and data, machining rules, and design standards.
