INNERGY is seeking an experienced engineer to configure, build, validate, and maintain engineering libraries for design-to-manufacturing workflows. You’ll coach clients on best practices with Microvellum Toolbox and INNERGY Engineering, sometimes working directly in client libraries to ensure accuracy and readiness for production.

The role blends remote collaboration with hands-on problem solving and training across various skill levels.

Competenze

• Experience in a similar role in CAD/CAM, engineering software, or architectural millwork.
• Hands-on time with Microvellum Toolbox, INNERGY Engineering, or AutoCAD-based tooling.
• Solid grasp of engineering libraries: configure, validate, and maintain them.
• Ability to explain technical ideas clearly to power users and clients.
• Experience training and supporting clients both in person and remotely.
• Strong organization and time management; manage multiple engagements.
• Patience and empathy with clients; measure success by results.

Mansioni

• Work closely with clients. Hold regular check-ins to review progress and roadblocks in Toolbox and INNERGY Engineering.
• Build and validate libraries. Help clients create and validate product data, machining rules, and design standards.
• Train and support. Provide one-on-one guidance on Toolbox and Engineering libraries and coordinate with Content Creation for training materials.
• Meet clients where they are. Adapt approach for different skill levels and provide extra support for adoption of workflows.
• Keep communication clear. Maintain onboarding and validation updates and document progress for the wider support team.
• Solve problems. Find and fix issues with library setup, configuration, and use for practical client solutions.
• Make the product better. Relay client feedback to development and content teams to improve libraries and experience.
