Job summary

INNERGY is hiring for a remote, client-focused role specializing in CAD/CAM and design-to-manufacturing software. You will help clients create and validate product data, machining rules, and design standards, and train them on our Toolbox tooling and workflows.

You will support clients both in person and remotely, articulate technical concepts to power users and non-experts, and collaborate with content teams to improve training materials and documentation.

Qualifications

• Experience in CAD/CAM or design-to-manufacturing software.
• Experience training and supporting clients remotely and in person.

Responsibilities

• Coach clients through best practices and help libraries stay accurate and easy to use.
• Train and support clients in person and remotely; adapt approach to different skill levels.
• Document progress, issues, and fixes for the wider support team.
