MAI Wealth Management, Inc. is seeking a Senior Recruiter to own the end-to-end recruitment process for multiple business lines. You will build talent pipelines, screen candidates, negotiate offers, and partner with hiring managers to meet staffing goals.

The role includes HR data analysis, reporting, and involvement in broader HR initiatives such as acquisitions and the Summer Intern Program, while upholding confidentiality and diversity commitments.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree required in HR/Organizational Psychology/Business Administration or related field.
• 5–10 years of full cycle recruitment experience.
• Experience with HRIS/ADP Workforce Now and candidate engagement tools.
• Hands-on sourcing experience with Indeed, Glassdoor, LinkedIn.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with hiring managers to understand talent needs and develop staffing strategies.
• Manage full lifecycle recruiting, including posting, sourcing, screening, and offers.
• Use recruiting data to report status and results to stakeholders.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines and minimize third-party recruiting costs.
