Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare, nursing, social work or related field.
• 8+ years' experience in case management and care coordination.
• 8+ years experience in healthcare operations, or CA public sector health and human services related programs, preferably in Medi-Cal or MCO environments.
• 10+ years experience in leadership/management roles, and engaging stakeholder relationships.

Responsibilities

• Directs program through objectives and goals for contract compliance; monitors metrics and daily operations for success.
• Collaborates with program leaders to improve processes and training opportunities.
• Engages community partners and stakeholders in member outreach.
• Provides leadership and supervision to staff including quality, case management, care coordination, and data reporting to ensure accreditation standards.
• Oversees budget review and analysis to ensure financial success of the program.
• Assesses systems to ensure high customer satisfaction for stakeholders.

Education

Bachelor's Degree in healthcare, nursing, social work or related field

Master's degree Preferred
