Greystar is seeking a technically adept Manager of Product Integrations to lead testing and pilot programs for Property Management Software integrations. You will partner with Customer Success to track technology trends, assist with viability for new products, and conduct rigorous needs assessments with senior leaders to align solutions with Greystar's strategic goals.

The role emphasizes ownership of integration lifecycles, collaboration across teams, and clear demonstrations of impact through

Competenze

Knowledge of Yardi, RealPage and Entrata integrations and related systems.
Ability to test and pilot product integration requests.
Experience gathering business requirements from senior leaders and teams.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office products for reports and communications.
Interest or experience in agile product development/testing or design thinking.

Mansioni

Test, pilot and document approved/denied status of integrations for Property Management Software.
Partner with Customer Success to track property technology trends and client requests.
Assist Enterprise Customer Experience teams with establishing minimum viability for new products.
Conduct needs assessments and align technology options with company strategy.
Lead the lifecycle design of integrations from investigation to operation.
