Job summary

Greystar is seeking a data-driven Enterprise Product/Program role focused on integrating Property Management Software with leading platforms. You will partner with Customer Success and internal teams to validate requirements, pilot integrations, and drive scalable solutions across a nationwide client base.

The role requires experience with Yardi, RealPage, and Entrata, plus a solid understanding of project management and agile development.

Qualifications

• Experience with property management software (Yardi, RealPage, Entrata) and related integrations.
• Strong communication and presentation skills for stakeholder alignment.
• Familiarity with project management tools and governance processes.

Responsibilities

• Test and pilot new product integrations and track outcomes.
• Collaborate with Customer Success to identify property tech trends and client needs.
• Define goals, roadmaps, and metrics for Property Management Software initiatives.
• Own tasks on implementation and enhancement of Property Management Software.
• Develop communication templates and presentations for project stakeholders.
