Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC seeks a product integrations specialist to gather requirements, pilot integrations, and coordinate with Customer Success and Enterprise teams. You will assess needs, document status, and help shape roadmaps for Property Management Software platforms.

Ideal candidates have PM certification and experience with Yardi, RealPage, and Entrata, plus strong MS Office skills and an interest in agile development and testing. Remote-friendly role with global teams.

Qualifications

• Project management certification preferred with Asana experience.
• Knowledge of property management software (Yardi, RealPage and Entrata) and related integrations.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Forms and database tools.
• Experience designing statistically valid experiments to test hypotheses.
• Experience or interest in agile product development/testing, design thinking.

Responsibilities

• Test and pilot new product integration requests for approved and non-approved product integrations.
• Partner with Customer Success to track property technology trends and customer requests.
• Assist Enterprise Customer Experience teams and clients with establishing minimum viability for new products.
• Conduct needs assessments for proposing systems aligned with the company’s strategies.
• Present goals, roadmaps and metrics related to Property Management Software to the organization.
• Test, manage and document status of integrations and implementations.
• Ensure project parameters are documented, kept current and communicated to stakeholders.
• Own tasks on projects related to implementation or enhancement of Property Management Software.
• Develop effective communication templates and engaging presentations.
• Prioritize Property Management Software integrations and product implementations to meet needs.
