Job summary

Cox Automotive's Manheim division seeks a remote Business Solution Specialist II. This role oversees communication between Manheim, commercial clients, and buyers, ensures gate pass verification, and delivers timely client support across sites.

You will maintain Smartsheet tracking, update vehicle notes, generate buyer gate releases through AS400, and manage shared channels to research and respond to requests while following SOPs and driving KPIs.

Qualifications

• Experience in gate pass verification and client support.
• Ability to manage multiple communication channels and follow SOPs.
• Track KPIs and meet performance targets.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues.

Responsibilities

• Manage communication between Manheim and commercial clients and buyers.
• Maintain Smartsheet tracking for verification workflows.
• Generate buyer gate releases through AS400 when release is available.
• Monitor shared email boxes and Teams channels to research and respond to requests.
• Update vehicle notes and ensure timely responses while following SOPs.
• Close PSIs and ensure KPI targets are met.
