Cox Automotive – USA is seeking a Remote Dealer Services Specialist II for the Manheim Western Pennsylvania Territory. This hybrid remote role requires periodic on-site visits to an auction location and traveling within the territory.

The position supports dealer clients across Western Pennsylvania and portions of Ohio, West Virginia, and Maryland. The specialist focuses on client relationships, guiding dealers with our tools, and coordinating sales processes to deliver solutions.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED and 3 years’ experience in a related field.
• Strong verbal and written skills.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to build strong business relationships.
• Problem solving and de-escalation skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate and nurture strong relationships with clients through proactive engagement, personalized communication, and tailored solutions to meet their needs.
• Partner closely with various business units, including sales, mobile inspections, dealer services, and trade desk teams.
• Acts as a liaison between clients and internal business units, demonstrating responsiveness and ownership in resolving issues from start to finish.
• Using a consultative approach, foster dialogue with dealers on sales performance and market insights to provide strategic recommendations.
• Empower clients through personalized coaching to utilize our tools and understand marketplace policies.
• Demonstrates effective prioritization, professionalism in client relationships, and assists with customer care issues promptly.
