• Ability to review vehicle notes and respond to inquiries promptly.

Responsibilities

• Manage communication between Manheim, commercial clients and buyers.
• Update Smartsheet tracking for verification workflows.
• Generate buyer gate releases on AS400 after reviewing risk and payment status.
• Maintain shared email accounts and Teams channels for client requests.
• Close PSIs in Failed Status and follow SOPs to hit KPIs.
• Handle PSI resolutions and title-related workflows as needed.
