Job summary

Cox Automotive is seeking a Business Services Specialist II to manage gate pass verification, client communications, and transaction support for Manheim and commercial clients. This remote role requires diligent data tracking, problem-solving, and adherence to SOPs across teams.

You will work with Smartsheet, AS400, and Teams to update vehicle notes, release gates, and close PSIs while consistently meeting KPIs. Strong collaboration with internal and external stakeholders across U.S.

Qualifications

• Experience managing gate passes and client communications.
• Experience with PSI resolutions and title-related workflows.
• Ability to follow SOPs and achieve KPIs.
• Strong problem-solving and cross-team collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Generate buyer gate releases via AS400 based on risk class and status.
• Maintain Smartsheet tracking and update vehicle notes.
• Manage shared email accounts, Teams channels, and inquiries.
• Close PSIs in Failed Status and meet KPIs.
• Communicate with Manheim sites, clients, and security teams.
