You will build strong customer relationships, verify titles, and prepare run lists while ensuring accuracy in data and reporting. This role emphasizes safety and reliable service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; higher degree or related certification preferred.
• 3 years’ experience in a related field or 5 years’ equivalent experience accepted.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Enter and maintain vehicle information, VINs, and pricing accurately in AS400.
• Keep both physical and digital vehicle files up to date.
• Respond to inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer requirements are met.
• Coordinate with internal teams to verify titles, repairs, charges, and sale readiness.
• Prepare run lists, support sale-day operations, and manage invoicing and reporting.
• Follow safety procedures and uphold a culture of safety excellence.
