Job summary

Cox Enterprises is seeking a remote Business Solution Specialist II based in the United States. The role manages communication between Manheim, commercial clients, and buyers, ensuring gate pass accuracy and timely client support.

The position requires coordinating Smartsheet tracking, vehicle notes, and PSIs while adhering to SOPs and achieving KPIs. As a key liaison across locations, you will handle buyer releases, risk assessments, and cross-team collaboration to resolve issues and maintain

Qualifications

• Experience generating buyer gate releases through AS400 and reviewing buyer risk class.
• Maintain effective communications with internal and external account relationships.
• Update Smartsheet requests and track lost keys, dead batteries, and pending PSIs.
• Work to close PSIs in Failed Status and follow SOPs.
• Hit established KPIs and perform duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently manage communication between Manheim, commercial clients, and buyers; cross-reference and report gate pass information.
• Foster regular communication with Manheim sites, clients, and security teams and escalate concerns as needed.
• Respond to client inquiries about transactions with quality service and issue resolution per policies.
• Maintain Smartsheet tracking for gate passes and client assistance workflows.
• Update vehicle notes and monitor shared email boxes and Teams channels for timely responses.
• Generate buyer gate releases via AS400 when vehicle availability, risk class, and payment status permit.
• Manage internal and external account relationships across shared channels and ensure client requirements are met.
• Update SmartSheet requests with location updates on lost keys, dead batteries, and PSIs.
• Close PSIs in Failed Status throughout the week.
• Follow client SOPs and leadership instructions to achieve KPIs.
