Manifest is seeking an experienced Business Operations Associate to drive cross-functional initiatives across People, Finance, Legal, IT, and partnerships. You will turn ideas into actionable plans, coordinate with teams, and ensure timely execution.

This role emphasizes structure, rapid learning, and a proactive, hands-on approach to scale the organization. You will report to the Head of Operations and grow into broader leadership responsibilities as context and trust build, influencing company

Qualifications

• 4+ years in a fast-moving operations environment with minimal direction.
• Able to turn ideas into structured plans and deliverables.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of handling confidential information.
• Strong written and verbal communication with leaders, vendors, and candidates.
• Experience using AI/automation to build dashboards and unify tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage business operations projects across Finance, Legal, IT, and partners.
• Onboard/offboard employees; handle benefits, policies, and tools.
• Oversee vendor relationships, invoices, renewals, and contracts; manage tool integrations.
• Coordinate offsites/events and handle logistics like travel and equipment.
• Support budgeting, headcount planning, and leadership materials.
